Along with investigations, arrests, and convictions, I also think we should be looking at what legislation and judicial appointments can be overturned. If there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Biden was not of sound mind, for however long a period, I would think there are a lot of judges who could be removed on that basis who were selected by Biden during that timeframe.

Based on the overwhelming mountain of irrefutable evidence that former President Biden was NOT of sound mind due to his impaired cognitive condition and degraded mental health condition, Pam Bondi, Harmeet Dhillon or a U.S. Attorney should appoint a special counsel & empanel a federal grand jury to explore RICO, racketeering, forgery via the use of the autopen & other potential crimes associated with the former Biden administration & the Biden family to determine what people were making decisions on what issues and how many actions were taken, such as issuing pardons or executing executive orders, without Biden even being aware of what was happening. If a grand jury issues indictments and/or a court determines that Biden never actually took or was even aware of actions that were taken in his name, a court could rule those actions null & void in addition to incarcerating those responsible. If there are no prosecutions, there will be no incentive nor reason for future administrations and politicians not to continue their corrupt customs and practices.
Racketeering, conspiracies & RICO crimes are normally committed for profit but profit is not limitted to money. Profit can be political power/influence or other types of value such as altering a nation’s political landscape, issuing a pardon, acquiring power or illegally advancing a political objective.
We are going to find out if Pam Bondi, Harmeet Dhillon, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino & this administration are all talk or if they'll walk the walk. Talk is cheap. If there are no consequences for all of the crimes committed associated with our federal immigration laws, officials who blatantly committed perjury and the political corruption associated with the cover-up of Biden's mental & physical condition along with determining who was functioning in what capacities in Biden's stead, there was be zero incentive for future administrations to obey the law.
The likely plan plotted by the democrats that fell apart after Biden’s debate performance was to have Biden run, win and then resign a month or two after being sworn in due to mental & physical health reasons and make Kamala the president.
